The Raising Alphas Program
The Raising Alphas program is an exclusive, life-changing experience offered only 2 times a year. Each year, our team carefully selects the months allocated for this program, ensuring it is tailored to the needs of the participants. The program is open to both referrals, internal and external and through the teams observation on recruiting from the business arena. These programs are done across the globe dependent on where the participants are referred or chosen from.
Individual and Team Engagement
Each participant chosen in the Raising Alphas Program is encouraged to invite 1 participant only, whom they believe would benefit from this transformative experience. However, individual participation is always welcomed.
What the Program Entails:
1. 5-Day Immersion: You will be required to commit to 5 days of intensive engagement, without access to phones, electronic devices, or any other forms of external communication that might hinder your focus.
2. Full Participation: There are 3 levels in participation, each consisting of 5 days every 2 months. Attendance at all seminars is mandatory once committed, as outlined in a detailed itinerary prepared by the Raising Alphas team.
3. Active Application: You will be expected to actively participate and apply yourself to directives given by Raising Alphas representatives throughout the program, the 2 month break until the next level will allow you the opportunity to practice the application before the next level.
4. Investment Fees: ZAR65,000.00 International participation is subjective to the rand dollar exchange at the time of booking. (If you unable to see the amount its because you have not been selected nor chosen to participate at this stage.)
Entry Requirements
To be considered for the Raising Alphas Program, if not referred or chosen you must complete a paid questionnaire with complete honesty. This helps us evaluate whether you are ready for the program. The questionnaire carries a non-refundable R600 investment, and Raising Alphas reserves the right to accept or decline entry based on the responses provided guided by the criteria in place.

Once submitted, our team will review your answers and develop a business case to present to the board should you qualify. Upon approval, we will inform you of the scheduled date for your 5-day program and provide further instructions on your next steps.
